I recently got the opportunity to work with Jaime from Essential Wellness with a review of these wonderful oils.  I thought," oh they are not going to help, but lets try anyway". Well they  actually worked for me. I am so blessed to have these oils by my side right now. When I have a back pain or neck pain, I just rub some deep blue on the area that is hurting most and with less then 5 minutes no more pain, amazing right? Yes I couldn't believe it either! My whole life I have had muscle pains - in my knees, neck and back,  I have always used a heated rice sock that has been my savior, but now that i'm involved with Essential Wellness that's all I use. 





The oils from Do'Terra seem to be very pure and strong. I already have tried Deep Blue and Peppermint, and definitely noticed a difference.  I got a little bit excited.after finding out I got to use Do'Terra oils for the first time  I do enjoy experimenting with them and learning how we can better use them for our health and well being.


I also received an amazing essential oil reference book, which lists every single oil and every blend carried by doTERRA, with detailed instructions on how to use them, as well as a section in the back with all sorts of illnesses, ailments, mood and behavior struggles, etc. and then numerous ideas for various oils that could be used in each situation. This book was invaluable to me, both in delving into my review of these oils, and also in becoming more experienced in using essential oils in general.

One of doTERRA’s blends for battling sickness is called On Guard, kind of an 
all-purpose blend that is antibacterial, antiviral, ETC. and can be used in the 
air, internally, and on the surface for sanitizing. Another is Breathe, which is 

 for clearing stuffiness, kind of like a Vick’s rub purpose.
When I discovered dōTERRA, I was fascinated. It is a company dedicated to essential oils, educating the consumer, and providing high quality products you can trust to use in your house and on your family.

On Guard is an immune supporter, something we all need right now in the midst of cold a flu season. The smell is a bit strong for me, at first, being made of Wild orange essential oil, combined with clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary, it can be a bit heavy. But it lightens fairly quickly. It’s super versatile and can be worn topically, used as a cleaner, or diffused through the home.

    I need help with pain management. I don't want to end up relying on pain meds. I've got to figure out a more healthy way.

    I love essential oil and I've always been interested in them. I need to try the On Guard because I got very ill with flu this year. Since I've gotten a little better I still have the sniffles and still not feeling back to normal yet. The On Guard would probably help.

      I am sorry to hear about you being sick, that is never fun. The worst part is when it won't go away. On Guard is an amazing product. Its smells really good and will kill a virus ;-) A doctor will you send you home for rest if you have a virus. We have studies that it does in fact kill viruses.       Headaches are no fun, there isn't anything fun about them. We certianly can help, I was getting full blown migraines 2 times a week, and I haven't had one is the last 3 years.       Thank you for your post. We have some incredible products to use in your home to help keep sickness away, they have even been tested to kill viruses. You know when you go to the doctor and they tell you that it is a virus and send you home to rest? Our product On Guard is AMAZING!
