I have just recently started using coconut oil and oh what can I say it is like gold - It is good for tons of things. I love using it on my face just taking a finger tip full and rubbing it in it really does magic. I have been using this on my face every night before bed and my skin feels so much smoother and healthier, also I have also been one to change my hair color all the time so I have really dead hair and the coconut oils has really helped with that as well, I usually let it set atleast an hour then wash it out - the results are unbelievable. My hair and skin look so much healthier and shiner.
